Emotes with (a) after the shown text are emotes that currently have character animations. Those with (ca) or animations that loop. The ones with (da) are emotions that differ by gender and/or class. All other emotes show no animation, they only display the text.

* /age shows the amount of time you have played your character in hours and minutes.
** /deaths shows the number of times that character has died.
*** /health shows you your current health and energy out of your maximum health and energy.

[Note: this is basically the same list of emotions posted on http://www.gwonline.net/, plus a few that they either missed or did not know about. In addition, my list is more complete than the Prima's emotion list,

I guess I did a good job in locating, and adding what few, emotion commands there are. In addition, yes this is a post to bump this back up, sorry in advance, I have considered myself warned.

Excellent post. There were a few emote lines in the chat box I had no idea what command produced them... saved me a lot of experimentation when the game opens.

Ive been to other fansites in search of more emotes. I found some that are not in the list. Since I don't have the game yet, and wont be getting it for a while (no money *crys*) can any one check out these emotes/commands and tell me if they work and what they do.

/flexes (I know there is a /FLEX emote, but this one is /FLEXES)

the /ignore, friend and such are not emotions but actual /commands, /bug is to report a bug. also you are correct some of the /emotions have two ways to do them, which is part of my update that i plan to do, when i have some free time in about a week or so, due to college exams and finals. But thank you for pointing thta out as well as the /school emotion, i will have to check that out.

Update: i just checked your /commands in the game, they do not work.

We used to have a sticky with more info than ths (but these commands were included), but it was unstickied when retail came out and the quick reference guide was provided. This info should be part of the main site, however.

Question about dancing... I see some people breakdancing, yet when I /dance it's like this homoerotic display of hilarity. My assumption is that each class has a different dance. Is this correct?

/rock, paper or scissors loops, it's just that your character stands there with his hands out, and doesn't move.

EDIT: Well, it's not really a loop, but your character is still in the animation, and your hands glow if you have the CE.

Okay I've check the text and the /emotion commands they are up to date as of now. If you find any new emotion /commands or think you have, check this list first, if it is not on the list then post it. I will confirm annd add it to the list if it is indeed a emotion.
