identify this necro staff - Guild Wars Forums

Was playing today with a few necros and one had a staff I didnt recognize, didnt get a screenie, but will describe it to the best of my ability.
I had a head on it----not a bunch like a bone staff, and there was a tongue hanging out of the head.....or something very close to that....was staff is this?
