My question #1 is stated in the title, however I have another one(hope u don`t mind) Can I buy the Prophecies or Nightfall and transfer my Factions characters in them...now that I`ve played factions alone?

Get to Harvest Temple and check the skill trader. If it's available in Factions that's where it will be.

Yes, you can link Prophecies and Nightfall accounts to the Factions one.

Meteor shower is prophecies only, so you can't get it unless you buy prophecies.

When you buy a new game you add the key to your existing account, that will unlock the features for the next chapter. Once you've added a key for a new game you get two new character slots and you can start new characters in the new areas. Old characters can visit them as well by doing some simple quests.
