Slow Map Resource Download - Guild Wars Forums

I have Cable High Speed Internet and it takes like 40 minutes to download 7000 files from the ascalon city load screen and my friend says it only takes him a minute with the same net as me.

Do any of you guys no why it's so slow for me?
