What about some fantasy show or book like Robin Hood.I would go to the library and look thru some fiction novels.It is not the internet and tv.

I usually take my names from mythology from around the world. Pick your family's nationality, irish, german, french whatever and go from there. Do a search for gods, goddesses and heroes from that genre of mythos and work up some stuff.
For example my monk's name is Brigid Mac Anu. Brigid= St. Brigid from Irish/Catholic Mac= "son of" in Gaelic (in this case daughter of) Anu= alternate spelling of Dana an Irish mother goddess figure. |
