I entered my grey giant code, went to Kamadan with my lvl 20 Necro, typed in /bonusitems and i only got my preorder items, no grey giant, anyone else have this problem/knopw how to fix it?

I checked my account keys and it has the grey giant listed as an entered account key.

I have heard other people say you can only get it with a newly created Nightfall character, through a quest.

"toy story" quest from Mahk in Kamadan. you should have a broken toy in your inventory after typing /bonusitems witht he key entered for the Grey giant. charachters that get to Kamadan should be able to do the quest as well. I dont know if all charachters can get one or if its one per account though

One per account. And so far only Elonian characters seem to be able to get the quest. Will it be allowed later, is it a bug no one knows. I would say that it is suppose to be this way. Reasoning is: When you bring a character over from another chapter you are "ahead" of the Elonian created characters, thus this is a quest prior to your arrival.

Gaile has mentioned this problem with non-Elonians and not getting the quest to work, they're working on it.
