It said on GW site about winds blowing a special item in, or something like that, if it is an item anyone know what it is???

Transmogrifier Tonic. Makes you look like the Mad King's Guard for a while. Unique to Elona, I believe.

The transmogrifier tonic is only exclusive to elona in regards to getting it from a collector. If you play with the Mad King he will also give you the tonics randomly with the normal items.
