What do I farm so that I can get them. Like charr carvings or orr eblems were used for Halloween items. Help would be much appreciated.

maybe you should wait for wintersday to start..that way you could avoid asking this question.

I *think* that both of the items you mentioned were collector items. This of course does not take into account Candy Cane Shards, which are a special drop during the season.

The items can change from what they were last year. Shards dropped randomly and were used to make the weapons. You can farm singed gargoyle skills outside nolani or decayed orr emblems. Singed skulls seemed to be the easiest to get en masse. Best to wait for the event to make sure you are getting what is being asked for.
