umm, red bean cakes let you run faster in towns and outposts for 5 minutes due to a "sugar rush", i believe you can purchase them in late game Factions from merchants. they are only worth something of about 400gold

not even late game lol its on noob island or starter island if you want it to sound nice

400g at merch i think maybe more not woerth much to anyone form everyone i know they just sell it to merchant for some quick small cash
