unlocking skills using balazar factions - Guild Wars Forums

Hi guys

i used the balazhar factions and unlock this axe elite skill Eviscerate, but i dont c it on my skill list. so wats the point of unlocking? im not tat far in prophecies so it will take a while to cap the skill and i really want it now.

unlock PvP chars only

Actually when you unlock a regular skill via Balthazar factions you can buy the "normal" skills at any skill trainer "account wide". This does not work with the Elite skills tho...so you have to wait until you can cap it on that character...I know it sucks but tis the way it is :P But you can use it in PVP with PVP character
