If you're looking to buy the code online (no box, just the access key) they have it at plaync The game of the year edition is the original chapter, Prophecies.

If you're looking to buy the box version (nice for new players, all the guide books and whatnot) then your local video store, the big online retailers like amazon, eb games, etc. should work just fine. PlayNC is the game-maker's official store, so there might be a way to order the box version there. I've never tried.

If you're looking for the box version, you might try the non-plaync sites. Prophecies is the one that's been out the longest and this is the holiday shopping season, so you might find it for a lot less than $50 US.
