hornbows
just a quick question regarding hornbows. other then the inherent 10% ap what type of benefits are there in using one?
i kinda have a rough idea about recurves and long/flat bows but i just dont see when or where a hornbow would come in handy. any input is greatly appreciated thxs in advance |

Hornbow is only reasonably useful in Ranger Spike, where the refire rate doesnt matter.

The penetration is their advantage over other bows. I prefer other bows for fire rate, arrow arc, etc.

And here is the article on guildwiki
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Hornbow And to answer your question - the 10% AP is the only benefit of hornbows, which makes up for the slower refire rate and the slower delivery. Last edited by Darcy; Dec 19, 2006 at 11:29 PM // 23:29.. |
