... anyone has a clue of what are the games? i just see the snowball arena, and something like the 9 rings game in lions arch, but that's still closed...

and how to earn candy canes shards?

U can earn 3 cc shards per win in the snowball arena.

I don't think there are any other kinds of games or quests or collectors yet.
