Superior Salvage Kits and Superior Ident. Kits
Superior Kits are now being sold by the Merchants... do you guys know if they do anything special? Do they give you more materials when you salvage? Or are they called superior just because you can use them 100 times?

Yep, 4 is cheaper than 1, however those 4 take up 3 more spaces than the 1 so it's a trade off, spend less, but have less inventory room. spend more and have 3 more slots available.

i look at it this way, i never need more than 25 uses so why spend more for the 100, just seems like a waste of gold to me

get an idea of how many salvages you will need and as you use up the 25 use expert kits you have a free slot. when you get down to 25 or less it takes up no more space than a superior and every salvage is 16 g instead of 20 g |

I look at it this way... sure they might cost a little more, but they take up less space... perfect for those farming trips out there I do from time to time. This also saves me from having to map back to a town cause maybe I ran out of kits already. I like the idea... maybe not the price but I like the idea. It works well for me.

Works for me too, alot easier and generaly i dont have to check
how many salvages i have left now before i set off exploring etc... I for one think it's a good update "but" you can bet that either they will change the way they work in some way or another or make them more cost effective regarding the old salvage kit prices etc, ... |

Is a superior salvage kit a expert salvage kit
Is a superior salvage kit a expert salvage kit with 100 uses or is it just a normal salvage kit with 100 uses?

Don't think they had commendations back then. At least not the ones you can turn in. |
