Practiced Stance/Serpent's Quickness
Does [skill]Practiced Stance[/skill] stack with [skill]Serpent's Quickness[/skill]?
Please only answer if you know for sure. Looking for a quick answer for a Hero, otherwise I'd just test it with my Ranger. Thank you, Livingston |

Both are stances, you can only be in one stance at a time.

These two skills do not stack. This is because they are both 'stance' type skills. It is also worth mentioning that Serpent's Quickness does not lengthen any other stances (i.e. Whirling Defenses, Dodge, Lightning Reflexes, etc.) since the use of any other stance cancels it out.

I know they are both stances. The following from wiki confussed me:
The effects of this skill occur the moment you use a preparation skill. This means that you do not need to stay in this stance after the preparation has been applied for it to work. For example, use Practiced Stance, then use a preparation, then use a different stance such as Tiger's Fury while the preparation is still active. This will allow you to get the benefit of both stances. But I see now what they meant, which would be obvious to me and thus I tried to read more into it than there was. Thanks again for the answers ^_^ Livingston |
