Vengeful Weapon unavailable. - Guild Wars Forums

I've been playing a lot of Rt/Me solo recently - obviously my rit got Vengeful Weapon by doing the quest on Shing Jea. But having planned to experiment with a similar concept for my warrior's general purpose build (replacing tactics with restoration), I couldn't find Vengeful Weapon at the Kaineng skill trainer.

I tried all over Cantha, and I'm guessing that it's in Harvest Temple, but currently I'm a Luxon and so can't acces there. Guildwiki says:

My question is this: Just how do you get Vengeful Weapon without unlocking it then buying, or by being a Canthan rit?

My Tyrian Warrior got Vengeful Weapon without a problem.
I don't recall exactly where I bought it, but it was probably in Senji's Corner ; the skill trainer there has a fairly complete selection so I did most of my skill-shopping there.

I got myself enough kurzick faction to access the Harvest Temple skill trainer, and found Vengeful Weapon on his list. Now that I've unlocked it, I can't test out Senji's. But I have at least shown that Guildwiki is wrong about where it can be obtained - It is only in Kaineng/Shing Jea if you have perviously unlocked it.

A fix...Buy Vengeful weapon in PVP with faction, then buy it in Kaenig Center
