Well I've looked, and this hasn't been explained before.
I want to make a video, right? I take a video with gamecam. It is saved and all, looks fine. I upload to Youtube, and then its so crappy you cant even tell what it is. I hear you have to compress it or something, but I don't know how or where. How do you people make them?
Here's the screwed up vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiILynBt6Cw |

update your video drivers, turn some graphic settings off in Guild Wars (un-check Post-Process effects), then try again.
Personally, I use Fraps then edit with Sony Vegas. If you have an uncompressed video file, you can easily compress it with VirtualDub using the xviD codec. Here's a really early video I made with no effort on my part, using Fraps and Sony Vegas: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn6IZUqoGsM Yes, it's an old build and no, it won't work anymore (unless you wanna hang out for 5 days trying to kill something). |

You have to pay for Frapps, unless you only want 30 seconds of video. But I'll try what you said.
