guest invites and exclusive kurzick/luxon outpost areas - Guild Wars Forums

right now im working on grandmaster cartographer title for cantha and read that the exclusive areas of the kurzick and luxon outposts count towards the title. i need to know if i were to get a guest invitation to a guild/alliance that owns a town, would i be able to enter the exclusive area...or do i need to actually be in the guild or alliance to enter?
