Kurzick Faction. - Guild Wars Forums

Hello,
my problem is: I need Kurzick faction but I'm in a Luxon guild. So I normally I'd have to do Fort Aspenwood/Jade Quarry/quests to get Kurzick faction. But I read (and saw screenshots) somewhere that even when you're in a Luxon guild, there's a way to do Alliance Battles for the Kurzicks. Is this true or false?

Just get a guest invite into a kurz guild and do alliance battle from their guild hall that way u will fight against the luxon u traitor

Traitor? Nah, not really, just don't want to buy the amber. I'll see if I can get a guest invite in a friend's guild. Thanks for the response.
