Mission help needed - The Red Frog - Guild Wars Forums

Im a bit confused about this as I follow the panda ,Wong, and yet he reaches a certain point and refuses to move anymore and theres no red frog in sight.

I don't really know what you're talking about as your post makes little sense, but I'll try to help.

Firstly, there's no mission called 'The Red Frog'.
Secondly, if its a festival event quest I don't think the npc's will apear anymore.
If it's not a festival event quest check GuildWiki to see if you haven't done something or if there is a bug.
