OFF-TOPIC but related to the stance "casting" time thing:

I never played during that time o so long ago, but was not the original way to cap elites, to activate signet WHILE boss is activating the skill you want? So, like virtually impossible to get Escape etc? I dunno, sorry for the randomness.
