Best campaign for each Profession?
I have a Proph. B/P, Nuker, and monk.
I just bought Nightfalls, and started a Derv. I'm about to get Factions, and I'm looking forward to starting a R/Rit. My question is, I need a MM and a War. What campaign should I start these charecters in? |

Any, it makes no difference - you're going to end up crossing between campaigns for one reason or another.

lets see....
Prophecies for missions Factions for armor and faster leveling up Nightfall for powercreep skills kinda hard to choose. Id pick a prophecies MM though. |

I'd choose a factions MM, simply because that is where the elite is. But in reality you would have to go between all 3 campaigns to get skills/heroes etc anyways, so where the character is started isn't all that important.

I'd go factions for warrior just cause I prefer the hair style. That and some of the early elites are better (triple chop and quivering blade > rage of the ndoku and magehunter strike).

It's a necro, not a MM. MMs suck balls in certain parts of the game (judging from your other chars, it seems as though you only cut cookies...)
If you ain't bothered about a certain appearence, then go Factions for both speed-wise - it has by far the fastest levelling. |

You asked what the best campaign for each profession is and then you go off naming builds. What is your question, the best campaign for each profession or each of your builds? Either way it doesn't matter because you're going to all campaigns anyway and the point of the game is to change your build to adapt to certain areas.

I was looking for a MM, not just a necro.
You all know infinitely more about Guild Wars then I do. That's why I'm asking you all for your opinions. To turn this thread into an attempt to prove your Guild Wars superiority to me would be petty and sad. I apologize for being inferior, and not knowing the proper slang and lingo. |

I just don't understad why you want to gimp yourself by playing one cookie cutter build for each class... You will enjoy the game more if you learn afew roles or each profession. Being versitile is what this game is all about!!! I also find that last comment to be extremely rude and ungreatful... Knowone was trying to make you feel small. |

prophecies to know how to play the game ---> you already have several chars so this could be a bit boring...
factions because of the speed nightfall because of the help---> you can get heroes and such so it should be easier... [wiki]Animate Flesh Golem[/wiki] isn't that good... imho... i much prefer [wiki]Order of Undeath[/wiki]... or [wiki]Jagged Bones[/wiki]... but that's just me... honestly... i think you should do the one you know less about... because like that makes the game much more interesting... |

start your necro in Factions. They have better looking hair and armor in that campaign. As well as flesh golem

Looks aside, I'd start in Prophs. You get a lot of skills free through doing quests, while with the others you have to pay for most of them. They ramp up to 1k per pretty quick.
By the time you get to Lion's Arch you'll be lvl13-15. Take the boat to Nightfall to go get some heros, then go to Factions and do some fed-ex quests to level everyone up. Factions quests give insane exp points and you can get to lvl20 in one sitting just by running around. |
