I: I been to Dajkah Inlet, I upgraded all me Heros' armor, but Olias wasnt on the list to upgrade.

Q: How do I upgrade Olias's armor?

You have to go to one of those other challenge missions, the whachacallit...

You can do that in The Shadow Nexus and Gate of Anguish. This link to wiki should help as well:

I believe the only place you can upgrade his armor is in The Shadow Nexus.

None of the challenge missions will let you upgrade all heroes there.

^Actually you can get all heroes Primeval armor in the gate of anguish
