non max dmg Elemental swords ? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey ,

This might be a stupid Question but i was wondering if non max damage elemental swords excist?
I want to have one on my monk with +5 energy and 20% enchants, so if they do excist i rather not pay 100k + ectos for it.
