no mouse movement in guild wars 2? - Guild Wars Forums

ok i love guild wars and how i can play it with just a mouse and not really have a disadvanage from some one using a keyboard. now i read that GW2 will not have mouse feature included, is this real? if it is i guess i should just quit cause being disabled i can only use my mouse to play games and GW was or is the only mmorpg that that gives me alot of control with a mouse. please you guys dont remove this feature, or better yet make it a feature to enable it to use. if anyone agrees with me please lets get the word to ANET by posting here.....thanks

lol, im pretty sure they will keep the mouse feature and not make everything hotkeys. anyway, whats with GW2 already, huh? Eye of the North hasn't even come out yet, and so many whiny threads about GW2 have been made. Just play the game and we will find out when they release it. We still have a long time to enjoy GW1 until the new one comes out. Everyone should just chill. A-net made an amazing GW1, and GW2 should be even better.

If I read correctly, they are removing the click-to-move feature. They wouldn't make a computer game in which you could not use a mouse.

I don't think there will be mouse moving in GW2 (except perhaps as a way to turn when autorunning?).

By what we've been told, GW2's movement system seems a lot more like WoW, and will rely more in the keyboard.

Point-and-click is more for games with no Z-axis movement (or at least, games with no jumping/climbing. We have bridges you can go under and over, I guess that is kind of like Z-axis movement!).
