arrow skill problems
for some reason there are times when my arrow skills won't fire. barrage, broadhead, savage shot etc sometimes when i need it the most it won't fire. basically people see me "reloading" my bow like crazy. all my other non attack skills work what's going on here? it's really annoying. keep trying to interrupt worm in tomb it's like kormir tells me "no not now"

A little thing called a bug. It's been there since Hero Battles were added, perhaps before. :S

it does that every once in a while, just move a little close to your target and use the skill again, it should work

Yea, it's probably the most annoying bug in the game if you play a ranger, especially if you need to interrupt and you miss because of it. Just move closer in little increments until you're skills fire.

An annoying bug that's been around a while now. Just move up a little bit and it should be fine.

even with a longbow sometimes your skill doesn't go off. Just move a little closer, or just run back till you are out of range completely. Then when you use your skills you should run forward to get in range

I actually haven't noticed any bug like this before. My ranger is almost a year old as well.
The one I notice is the delay after some bow attacks before you can use another one. This is normal from some skills though....according to wiki. |

First you double posted, but like i care (which makes me curios why I even brought it up), Second the delay in the skill is usually from slow internet connection or some sort of lag. There are alot of hexes that slow down skill casting time, that is another reason they could be slow. That and sometimes people click so fast that it sometimes slows down from w/e your doing. that and when you cast a skill you have to wait for the skill to finish, it always does something special, that is another reason it is slow sometimes cause you can not use another bow skill till your first skill arrow hits the target or just misses

it's a pretty common bug. i get it all the time when i'm off ganking in gvgs on my ranger.
i think the problem is that the arrow skills' arch is different from a normal attack's arch, since the bug often occurs with recurve bows shooting with questionable line of sight. |

It's been around forever. Just take a step, that usually fixes it. Total pain in the ass though, when you can't dshot whatever because your guy wants to do a sweet arm pump instead.
