What does "clears the current target" do?
The new update has a keyboard option to clear the current target but all it seems to do is remove the onscreen bar of that NPC. I still continue to attack that target and so do my henchies. I assumed it would act similar to the Escape key and cancel the current action. If not what is the purpose of it?

Having not bothered with it - I assume cancel a called target? It has been irritating in the past to accidentally call a far off target and have the hench/heroes rush off with nothing you can do about it - at least that I knew of. I've been playing since the update (LOVE the pet controls and added storage - no more mules for me!) but haven't needed to cancel a called target and I'm too lazy to simply see if that is what it does.

Psycho?
Sometimes if you have more than one called target things can get confusing. The hero/hench response to called targets notwithstanding, real live players can hit the wrong target if you have more than one eager caller. |
