You say things like graphics are "okay." Either you have them on the absolute lowest settings or there's something wrong with your PC. Have you looked at WoW's graphics lately? The spell effects are AMAZING in GW. In WoW all that really happens is you character's hand glows when you're casting a spell...that's it. Stop comparing games that are totally different. The fact that you haven't dabbled in PvP yet shows that you (admittedly) don't have much experience. Once you see that the game isn't about spamming spells and that PvP is actually challenging, maybe you'll realise |

if ur pve oriented i would think twice about gw, it lacks something atleast for me. and if u have no problem paying monthly fees, i would pre-order lord of the rings online, i've been playing the beta and it is a fun pve game more so than WoW i find. ( if u pre-order it, fees are only 10$ a month opposed to the 15$ u would have to pay normally) and the spell effects in this game arnt good????? are u blind? they beat any other games effects by far.

if you wanna debate the realism aspect of this games graphics vs the more cartoony graphics of wow then you have an argument, although it is a matter of preference...but i played wow from beta till a few months ago, so i think i have a handle on what the graphic detail of the game is i'm not pve orientated, but i wanna make my guy via the pve route then use him in pvp, although i have tried the auto 20 guys for a few battles i dont have enough data to judge anything about the gameplay/balance/challenge of pvp yet as i havnt invested much into it yet, and i havnt said otherwise although camera and interface issues will be my main struggle as far as i can see monthly fees of wow werent the problem, i'd gladly pay it for the unmatched gameplay and features, its the ENDLESS gear grind i find fault with and caused me to leave my warrior with over 70 days /played behind, because no matter how good my gear was i'd always have to face the pve tards who just raid and hide behind their ultimate gear to mask a lack of skill even on a pvp server Last edited by sabutai; Apr 11, 2007 at 07:53 PM // 19:53.. |
