1)Do you get 5k exp when you use one?

2)Do they count toward skill hunter title?

3)How often do they drop for you/your party?

4)Do they unlock a skill for both PvE and PvP?

2)Yes.

3)Haven't yet

4)They don't unlock at all - they give THAT character access to a skill you have ALREADY unlocked on your account.

i got one of the elite rit ones in a locked chest in plains of jarin. Then sold it.

yes. unlocked in your account. regardless of HOW you unlocked it.

Nice, found an easier way to get echo = ). Thanks that was the high light of this past hour(other than getting my first shard in FoW.
