Ok my question is:

I am a w/mo but in pre-searing I learn some mesmer and elementalist

skills. I know I have unlock the skill, but later I change my secondary

profession to monk.Ok if I got ascended and change my 2nd profession to

mesmer,will those skills be there or I need spent skill point to get it from the

skill trainer?

Yes the skills that you have already learned will remain if you change back to that profession

My question is: The mesmer skills which u have learn during the testing of other secondary profession in the pre-searing,will it be there after u have change to that profession (during ascension).From W/Mo to W/Me, will the initial mesmer skills u have learn(during pre-searing)be in there?

I'd like to make a fulled answer.

The other answers are correct...for Prophecies only. In general, the answer is no. You actually lose the skills from other secondaries when you first choose one. This seems to be the only situation were you can lose a skill you've learned.

When you change your secondary profession after Ascending, the profession changer actually teaches you few basic skills for the new secondary class. These skills are the same ones you'd learn in Pre-Searing. New characters in Factions and Nightfall get a slightly different set of skills, and those skills are not retained.
