Hello, I have a problem with my Joystick asura code : there is only 4 numbers, and to click validate you need 25 caracters
What the hell ? Is somone in my case ?

Try opening a support ticket with PlayNC or emailing the magazine. PCGamer gives you a new key if you email them.

But will they give me a new key even if I didn't bought their magazine but the French one ? And I'd like to say it's kind of ANNOYING : not only french receive this ------- minipet 1 month later than Greeks and the rest of the world (:@) but then it doesn't work and we still have to wait to a rescue e-mail ?

it works..there was also a production issue with my edition, having the top half of the letters/numbers visible while the bottom was not (literally sliced in half). I emailed them, and they promptly responded (less than 24 hours) with a brand spankin new key

There was a magazine at the same time than the greek one >< so it's not their fault if they did'nt have they key.
And to PC gamer this is an obvious exploit everyone can email them and they give you a key ? So everyone can have this minipet without paying their magazine ? Are they plain stupid or what ???

In my country the magazine with Asura is only out today, and won't get around to my part of the country till late next week, so don't whine

/cry maybe but the fact that the code isn't working is NCsoft's fault, they recognized it on another forum.

I have the same problem, bought my Joystick this morning and it also has on a 5 digit code on the back of the demo cdinstead of the full key. In the magazine they tell you to contact ncsoft support at http://fr.support.plaync.com/ if there's any trouble, which is what I've done. I assume its better to contact the french support as they should now more about this than the others. There are also some emails for the magazine in the small print at the beginning but I'm waiting to see what support says before trying those.

Anyone already got this problem fixed, is it definitely ncsoft support we have to contact and not the magazine?

ps mods I assume its ok to link to the support page without getting permission, let me know if I'm wrong
