Q. about wintergreen items - Guild Wars Forums

Ok I was wondering if winter green items can be modded? I know they can have an inscription but have no clue if a mod could be added to them. Really alll I care about is the wintergreen shield. thanks in advance.

Yes, treat them as any gold item (except for the fact that it isn't max)
