I could very well be wrong here because I know nothing of this stuff, but have you seen the Club Elona/Kryta Bomber video? Didn't the guy who made it use GW models in the video? Maybe his method was different from your's, I don't know but I just wanted to throw this out there in case you hadn't thought of it.

nah jk, but I do think that counts as copyright infringement on a small scale. As long as you don't do anything to the scale model, don't count on being sued..
