I was wondering if I have the first GW, and I want to buy Nightfall, is this possible to jst skip factions?

You can go in any order you choose, however this thread should be in Q&A, not Riverside.

They aren't expansions, they are stand-alone chapters. Thats why you can mix and match them however you want.
