NF - No primary quest-help plz - Guild Wars Forums

I have a guildy that cant do Blacktide Den mission. He has no primary quest and cant remember what the last primary he did was. I jumped on a low level character that and tried to bring him into the Blacktide den mission, and the mission giver wont let him do the mission. I had him go back to each town, talk to everyone, and he cant seem to aquire a new primary mission.

Has anyone else had this problem? He has every town unlocked, and the only town that is blinking is consulate docks, but he cant start the mission there untill he finishes Blacktide den. If anyone knows of this happening to someone else, please reply, thnx in adv.

Its very rare when a guildy asks me a question i cant awnser, but this one had me even coming looking for help.
