So I got weapon drop in nightfall and it has no mods, so I bought an inscription to put on it and it won't equip. Yes the inscription is a weapon one. So I was wondering what was the problem with the weapon I got. I always thought that all NF weapons were inscribable.

Does the weapon actually say, "Inscription: None"? As far as I know all blue and rarer weapons drop with an inscription already equipped, except for a few bugged times. White weapons don't have inscription slots.

No, there are definitely blues that drop without inscription slots too.
