Could anyone tell me a good place to run lockpicks in Torment (HM) or any other places that are good

Well, at least Ravenheart Gloom HM is a good place for chest running. Wide open space makes it easy to check the entire area and all the chest spawn points are easily accessible. The loot is decent as well, you'll get mostly shadow stuff.
