PvP Assassin help - Guild Wars Forums

Can you guys help me out with this build?
It goes as follows:
Critical Strikes: 12+1
Shadow Arts: 8+2
Spear Mastery: 10

Skills:
Critical Eye, Sharpen Daggers, Way of The Assassin, Vicious Spear, Spear of Lightning, Wearying Spear, Freigned Netrality

(Skills are used in order as listed)
(Find a good Target, preferrably a squishy one, such as a mesmer)

PLZ HELP ME, I HAVE DONE EXTENSIVE TESTING, AND I AM TARGTED FIRST. I have not been able to test properly due to my "Priority to be targeted"

actually i would suggest using it in AB or in RA.....it would be better to post this in the PvP forum...which is located about 1/2 down the main forum page...as that is where more of the PVP crowd seems to hang out...and the answers you would get there are more likely to be accurate
