I am currently in altrumm runes

How many more missions and stuff do i need to do to enter their..ne ideas?

Awesome spelling. But besides that, You have a while before you reach HZH. Just continue through the storyline

Altrumm ruins means you just finished the Arborstone mission. You will have to do two more missions (the convocation and Sunjiang district) and the connecting quests next. After that, you will be given quests whose objective is to befriend the Kurzicks or the Luxons, and with those quests active, the gate guard will let you through to House zu Heltzer and Cavalon (Luxon equivalent).
