Capturing elite skills for heroes??
Hi guys,
I had an idea that I would start an assassin in Factions and then I would travel to nightfall and then Prophecies to get Olias. I then intended to capture Flesh Golem. However, it's just dawned on me that because I'm not a necro, I probably cant capture necro skills. Is this right? Will I have to capture it with a necro first, hence making it available to all my Olias heroes for all my chars? Any other way to get Flesh Golem for Olias if my char is an assassin? thanks |

You can switch your secondary to necro so you will be Assassin/Necro and then you can use your cap sig to capture Flesh Golem

You can still capture the skills by choosing necro as your secondary - then later, if you want to change your secondary you can do so at Senji's corner. That is how people can get legendary skill hunter by capturing all 290 elites with one character.
Oops - Bruce beat me while I was typing. |

You could always faction unlock it ^.^ All skills unlocked on your account, in this way, are unlocked for all heroes on all characters on that account

OK, unlocking guide:
First, you need Balthazzar faction. You only get that in PvP, and the simulated PvP of the Zaishen challenge. After that, you can talk to a priest of Balthazzar. You will see a menu allowing the unlocking of items, heroes and skills. Unlocking a regular skill costs 1000 faction, elites go for 3000 faction. Once a skill is unlocked, the following happens: -you can use the skill with PvP characters -all of your heroes can use the skill -you can buy the skill (except elite skills) from ANY skill trader in the appropriate campaign, not just the one that normally has the skill Note: -unlocking a skill is account wide -whenever a character of yours actually learns a skill, that skill is also unlocked -as not all trainers have all the skills, unlocking a skill can let you learn a skill far earlier than normally possible. For example, the warrior skill Flail is only available from the skill trainer in Realm of Torment - to get it, you'd normally need to almost finish the game - a matter of days. However, if you do some PvP and unlock it, you can get it from the skill trainer in Kamadan - a matter of about an hour... |
