I have the title "sunspear captain" dose they mean it automatically gose under my name when ppl put their mouse over me or do i have to do something else first?

also how do i report ppl...ive never known lol

First you gotta get sunspear commander(rank 6 of the title) which is 1,000 points.Then,
You gotta click the box next to the title by pressing H. Then everyone who scrolls over your name will see it

Reporting is done by contacting support.

On reporting people: When you do, be sure to have the relevant information; Date, time, person's name, location and district, nature of the incident, etc. Be sure to provide Screen shot(s) in your e-mail to make it a bit easier for them to see what they're looking for.
