Keep in mind: Unconditional weapons are actually inferior to have a 15>50 and 20<50. You can have 20% damage if you're below 50%, but not with unconditonals.

the 14% no cond serpant axe origionally dropped with an 8:10 sundering mod. zealous was added to it, but because of the "false no cond" controversy, it was re-modded to an elemental mod, which is the mod it still has.
as far as i know what happened is this; in the first two weeks of GW no conds dropped, and never again. after this, however, false no conds were still available. the people in the past who spoke of their no conds getting deleted, possessed the false no conds; no conditionals created by a bug when they dropped with a hilt that had the same mod as their conditional; ie a zealous mod (as this is the only sword hilt that exists for a corresponding 15 -XX modification). if the zealous mod were ever removed, the condition would show up and the item would be revealed as a false no conditional. most, if not all of these items were deleted. this is, to my knowledge the most accurate and substantiated explanation for the different no conditional types. that having been said; there are no conditionals out there that are not known; but dont expect to see one of them, most of the people who own them do not make them public and almost all of the people who own them, wont sell and if they do, will not sell for cheap. to this date the most anyone has paid for a no conditional that i know of for sure was 100k+1,400e @7k/ea the second at 1,150e @7.5k/ea |

I'd have to say... the rarest item ever would HAVE to be a req 7 15^50 Tribal Axe that was max damage.
I'm pretty sure that's only dropped once... if at all. Tribal Axes are ftw |

Only 'bugged' weapons from very early stages of Prohpecies with dmg +13% / 14% / 15% with no condition attatched are considered valuable. |

on another note, no conds are not bugged, it was an intentional and legitimate item modification from the early stages of the game. they were removed so as to balance out the other weapon modifications; it is because they are not bugged items that they have not been removed from the game. |

Max damage Tribal Axes exist. My guildamet has 2 gold ones. Found one off a Hydra in Dragon's Gullet in Hard Mode and got one from a Chest in Mehtani Keys in Hard Mode. I was with him both times and the one he got from the chest, I gave him the Lockpick for... . I also got a max damage blue one off an Ettin in Griffon's Mouth in Hard Mode.

Someone in the Farming subforum posted a pic of a gold Tribal Axe which I'm 99% sure was bullcrap. I don't believe gold or purples are programmed to drop as there's never been solid reports of anything other than a white or blue. I still haven't even seen a max, blue inscribable Tribal Axe either. I have seen a few max Tyrian sickles although no inscribables yet. |

Dmg +15% Conditional -1 energy/hp -1 energy/hp for zealous/vamp Doesn't work anymore. I just replace the mod and the -1energy for the conditional stays. During the first week of nf, i gotten some weapon(forgotten skin) with the mod +15% dmg And when i place a +hp mod on it, it turned to +15% (50%) -_- Well... ... ... |

yes, its truee they can be inferior in certain circumstances. case and point, having a 15 -5nrgy weapon is better than having a no conditional when in an energy-denial heavy battle. the interest of no conditionals isnt "this weapon is better all the time" because, its not, but its more versatile, and a majority of the time its better than a majority of conditional modifiers. of course, you also have to take into account the modification. i know of less than a dozen 15% no conditionals in existance, regardless of skin/req. several are 14%, but most are less; this doesnt pose a crippling disadvantage, but a small one nonetheless. a 13% no cond may be better than a 15>50 in general, since the 2% less dmg probably has a lower handicap than the percentage of time you arent receiving the 15% bonus for being over 50% health. however, you also have to take into account the massive increase in cost. |

Nice collection there, I would love some of those bows lol.
I have seen a max damage **WHITE** tribal axe, because Ive had one and just sold to the merchant b/c I heard there were now max purple ones around...Was this a very stupid move? I just assumed with HM max tribal axes went the way of the dead bow, especially a white one. I got it farming my new favorite spot: the Ministers Estate (in case anyone was curious). |
