Overhealthy ranger?
Ok, I've been meaning to do this a long time now but only now do I find myself having the time to do it..
I've had my ranger for about 18 months now, and he have never ever been diseased, he has been in all kind of situations from having 7 other players running around diseased next to him, to being solo and had a disease causing spell cast on him, without effect. I'm not complaining on this, not at all I'm just curious if anyone else experienced this too?? Or if there is any explanation, it is not supposed to be that way, right? |

Interesting.
Well, obviously, your Ranger is simply not human! That is the only possible explanation. Disease only spreads between characters of the same race(and heroes), so you must be an alien. Since you are an alien, and a Ranger, you must be a scout for the invasion force. You must be stopped. I can't think of any serious explanation unless you always have antidote signet on your bar, but that only cures disease rather than preventing it. |

Chances are you're using a longbow most of the time and simply not in the way to get diseased.

it's more than likely that you're actually a smart player, that decides to actually MOVE when you see a condition coming your way.. These chances are increased when you:
1) Use a Longbow/Flatbow (said before) 2) Don't go near others/use heros 3) You have a friend that happens to have a skill that somehow negates a disease.. 4) You don't pull mobs.. It's not that you can't be diseased, it's that you're smart/lucky .. other than that, disease isn't all that common especially if you play only Nightfall.. So if you want to spoil the magic, go play some PvP, and realize that you actually can be diseased.. If I were you, I'd pretend that you can't get it |

Also, are you using Talon Silverwing, Zhed, Vekk, Ogdan, and other non-human teammates in your party a lot?

Yea, I'm using those pretty much from time to time. But I know that those can't transfer it to me so I dont think about it too much
What confuses me is when I have 7 diseased henchmens running around me And also, I'm plaing all campaigns with him, in 16 months time now, so nightfall cant be the reason |

Unfortenly, that quest only makes you have a -2 health degeneration, not the condition disease =/

Yeah.. Re-read the first post.. It's not that the ranger constantly has disease, it's that he has never had the condition "disease" on him before.. |

The OP's ranger is the chosen one. The one who will balance to Guild Wars! Both PVP and PVE.
