Since Polymock pieces drop from chests, is there a market?

No real market tbh

Most people price themselves out of the market by listing stupid S/B's 100k+xxecto normally

From the bids I've seen on these pieces not many people are willing to offer more then 50k, most rarely het above 30k

I picked up a Naga Shaman and don't know what to do with it.

Here - 20-50k

Can get uninformed 'traders' to pay more in-game though, just go to the nub paradise that is Kamadan Dist1. Plenty of money and not a lot of knowledge.
