what must i do to get the cap sig q from Jonah,i passed the q Hero shall lead them,but i only get melonni mediations

There is probably quests you have to do before you get that one. Go to the wiki and it will show you all the quests in order.

Well i know only nf characters can get that quest.

Yeah, I'm guessing you aren't a NF character. Only NF made characters can do that, just like only Factions made characters can do the one in Factions that gives a SoC and only Phrophecies characters can do the one in Phrophecies. Only one quest that gives two free SoC per character.
