How can I get my cd-key - Guild Wars Forums

i lost it. every one proabably has. i need the key to create my master account at plaync.

so... i don't know where to get mine.

to be clear, i know my account name (email address), and i can access it, but i forgot my password (maybe it will come to me...) and i don't even remember a cd-key...

Its the code you entered to access the game, I know you have one.

I ALWAYS keep mine, its just smart.

why can't i just give an email - and they send me my paswd.

In the Standard or Collector's Edition retail game boxes for North America, the access key is printed on the paper inside the front cover of the CD jewel case. The paper shows a bone dragon on a green background. There is also a white rectangle near the bottom of the paper.

Inside the white rectangle is a silver security stamp (printed with "SCRATCH OFF GENTLY WITH COIN") over a thin plastic strip.

You will need to gently remove ONLY the silver security stamp to reveal your access key; the thin plastic strip is to protect the access key (printed underneath) from being damaged or destroyed when the silver security stamp is removed.

In the Game of the Year Edition retail game boxes for North America is a square black envelope. "Access Key Card" is printed on the front and back. The envelope is perforated on three sides.

You will need to carefully remove the perforated edges to open the envelope. Your access key is printed on the inside. "
