A question for the mods
All right, first off I'd like to say that I always try to follow the rules, and if I don't it's certainly not intentional. I'm a big fan of the Tyria's Next Top Model section in the screenshot part of this forum. It gave me the idea to start a thread involving funny/random emotes that looked cool. I posted some, and I even explained that it had NOTHING to do with the TNTM contest, and it was merely for fun. I also included that if it got closed I understood. And what do I get? I get this from one of the mods:
Please use either the profession threads or the Feedback Request threads for the contest(s). Also I would suggest not making any more threads. *closed* Now I don't want to come off as being a jerk or complaining, it's no big deal, not a life threatening situation, but I'm curious - every single post I've posted in that screenshot forum has been shut down. Sure I can understand it, but I clearly stated in that one that it had NOTHING to do with the contest, and it didn't have anything to do with the profession posts. So I don't understand why it got closed, especially with the comment of not making any more threads. Call me a whiner but it sounds like some of the mods are just out to get me. I'm sorry, I don't want to make bad posts and such, but come on. Telling me to not even MAKE any more posts? That's a little harsh I think. I'm sorry. With that being said, I was wondering what the deal was. Am I not allowed to post any more threads period, no more in the screenshots, or what? Especially after I explained the post. Please let me know. Thanks. P.S. The link is here if you want to check it out. Last edited by Tender Wolf; Sep 24, 2007 at 03:29 AM // 03:29.. |

Yes that is interesting I did read the rules/guidlines and I did n ot notice anything in there that you may have violated. I would like to here "Unlucky Slayer" and there reasoning behind this. it's my understanding that from reading Tenders thread and this one that there was no reason for a "professional" thread and that there was no contest behind tenders original post.

If you have a problem with Slayer, go to him about it. If you fail to get a answer from him, then PM an admin to discuss it further. That is the end of this thread.
