How would I set up a link to that it goes to a specific post? I've seen it done to links before..
It's something like postcount=1 or something... |

If you notice on the top right of each post, there is a number. That is in fact a link. Right click and choose "copy shortcut". Then post that link inside your post.

Oh cool, I guess you can do it yourself by Adding the "&postcount=X" parameter..

Your link that you tried was a thread link (you used the 't=10205174' in the link). That will automaticall pull up the thread that contains that post. If you want to link the individual post, you have to use the 'p=#########' command. Your link worked to pull up the thread page conatining the post you specified. You cannot predict the p= number until after the post has been made, since it has not yet been assigned. I editted my above post after creating it in order to link it to itself.
