Newb Question; Weapon Modifiers
How many possible mods can you have on a wand or focus item maximum?

You can have one inscription and one wand wrapping/focus core. That's the "of XYZ" part of the weapon name. Applying a new mod of either type will only replace whatever is currently being used.
