How do you show the stats of items by showing a picture of the stats. How do you do that?

Like u know if you are selling something and u can show a picture of the stats of the item. In game put your mouse over your weapon and it will show the stats. I want to do this because i noticed that other people sell stuff and can show the stats by using a picture of it.

Put your mouse over it and then press the prt scr button, you just captured an Image of the screen. Use some MS paint or photoshop skills and you can make it attractive.
